The deal is tied in with Kia's sponsorship of the Australian Open. Agassi will appear in a corporate advertising campaign, which will be launched next month, and Kia is planning various promotional events featuring the multi-slam winner - including fan events. Tyre change EUROPEAN tyre sizes are about to change. >From next year, the old system of measuring wheels in inches will be replaced by an all-metric system which will describe the tyre width and overall diameter in millimetres. Whether the move is likely to flow on to Australia is yet to be announced by tyre makers. Corvette turns 50 MERICAN muscle car icon the Chevrolet Corvette has turned 50. Corvette owners across the US have celebrated the landmark with a pilgrimage to the Corvette Hall of Fame in Kentucky. 750,000 Camrys THE 750,000th Australian-made Camry has rolled off the production line at Toyota Australia's Altona plant. September was the Camry's second best month since production began in 1987. A total of 8932 new Camrys were produced - second only to May, 2001, when 9051 Camrys were built.
