The BBC have included km on the Web site as it has an international audience, but domestically it's all miles. Why should they change when road signs are still in miles? On the subject: I noticed a faux pas in the British film, 51st State, starring Samuel L Jackson (dreadful film, BTW!) It starts in the US, and there is one shot of what looks like a US highway, but the sign says "(Town name) 50 m". I wonder how many people would spot that?
