2002-10-26 I really doubt this person exists. This is obviously an ad to visit a porno website and pay big money. Most of this is generated in the USA or outside with an intended US audience. Once and awhile the ads go beyond their intended markets and make their way into your mail box.
Don't even bother to write them back or even send an e-mail to remove you from their list. If you do, you will prove to them your e-mail address is valid and you will get even more such ads.
