This is not a matter of compulsory sizes, but a matter of defining what *rational* values are vis-a-vis the SI/decimal system. Unless someone can justify honestly that one requires any... "odd" value, there can be no real excuse for manufacturers to NOT adhere to such simple mathematical rules!
