Monster Cable Products uses SI in a primary way (US Customary is secondary) for designating length on most of its products. Speaker cable appears to be a consistent exception where USC rules. They deserve praise rather than castigation since even their retail packaging has SI lengths featured prominently.

I don't have much use for their products though as my ears aren't sensitive enough pick up on the imperceptible tonal improvement their high-priced cables allegedly provide.

Or, more likely, it's the description provided to them by the manufacturer. From a quick glance, it appears that the people who run Monster Cable are still in the cave with Fred, Wilma, Barney, and Betty.
