Last night, I checked the ice cream section at my local supermarket (Ottawa, Ontario). All of the ice cream there is sold in rational metric sizes. The most popular being the 2L container for the brands like Breyers and Nestle and 500 mL for the specialty brands like Ben & Jerry's and Haagen Daz. Even the individually wrapped items like ice pops and ice cream sandwiches were in rational individual sizes like 90 or 100 mL.
