Thanks but I was merely seeking your clarification of what you wrote
rather than what is in the brochure. Would I be right in thinking that
you meant me to link the two sentences that you wrote and apply the term
'obsolete' (or 'effectively obsolete') to units in tables 9 and 10?

That was all I was trying to ascertain, it would help me in my work.

OK. It is a quote from the FTC website. If it is wrong, then either the
NIST is wrong or the FTC misquoted them.
