Jim Elweel in a message that my software seems to have dropped,
showed a picture of a 2-3/4 inch file buckle, and asked what is used
in Canada. We do have such file buckles in Canada but they have two
slots so that they can be used with a 2-5/4 inch spacing or an 8 cm
spacing. I always assumed that the 2-3/4 inch spacing was 7 cm.
