Does the USMA get any altruistic grants from
philanthropic institutions like the Rockefeller Foundation? Converting the
USA to SI will reduce the entropy of the USA. Entropy will not decrease
spontaneously as shown in the 2nd law of thermodynamics. It will require a
lot of work (money and dedication) to convert the USA to this higher state of
order.
