2003-01-01 The article on the Mag-Lev appeared in today's paper. And as usual, the AP polluted the specs with FFU. It claimed the train on its maiden voyage went 260 mph and the journey was 19 miles. They even had the nerve to state that the train was held a "few fractions of an inch" above its rails by powerful opposing magnets.
We can only be joyous when SI products make it and FFU products fail.
