of the world almost certainly has a 24-hour-only clock.

In 1971, I managed a small computer service bureau in Sudbury, Ontario. I
insisted on the use of 24-hour clock for time-stamping all work. To that
end, I purchased a 24-hour digital clock. This was before LEDs and LCDs. (I
won't try to describe the mechanism. Those of you who are old enough will
remember what such clocks looked like.)
