It's actually printed on paper somewhat larger than A3, then trimmed to A3
size and folded -- yielding A4 size pages.

Jim Elwell, a member of this list, had his company sponsor the conversion to
A series format and underwrite much of the ongoing cost. That's acknowledged
in the publication credits in each issue.

Having or publishing an email address is a personal choice. If the officers
were paid, that would be different. However, they're all volunteers.

I don't know the answer to the question about CMS and CAMS. Several of us
who post here are one or the other.
