The Alliance for the Advancement of Technology has placed a draft of its metrication policy in the process review area of the www.aatideas.org web site:I had a look at the www site listed above. I could not find out what ECAS has to do with the metric system. They consider that we are now living in the year 12003 rather than 2003. They also want to revise the calendar and perhaps the clock. At that point I gave up.
