I was trying to convert the US standard recipes to metric and found an interesting stumbling block, when trying to use conversion programs.
In Australia, we generally measure flower and butter etc by weight and not by volume. I found http://allrecipes.com/cb/ref/convert/conversions_gramscups.asp was very useful for making the conversion from US cups (volume) to grams (weight).
