I'm written to United numerous times over the years to make sure they and
their editors know there are people out there that also want metric. Some
articles in their magazine have no FFU, others have no metric, so I suppose
it balances out. I noticed on flights to Germany that the FFU screen on the
map gives miles, etc. in German, as well as the metric in German.
