It's too bad there isn't a method (or is there?) that would tell you from what region of the world your site is accessed.  If you really want to know if he visited your site, you can go to http://www.eurobilltracker.com and search for the e-mail address of  and write to him and see if he has in fact visited your site.  This may help us gage how much of an interest the world has in US metrication.
