Noticed on a foldout recipe on top of some Kirkland (Costco brand name) canned chicken meat, a recipe in English that lists the ingredients (250 ml - 10 3/4 oz) can chicken broth and 1 (350 g - 12.5 oz) can Kirkland Signature Chunk Breast of Chicken. I notice in the recipe they call it a 350 g can, yet on the label it is a 353 g can.
Now the recipes in French have everything in metric, English Cup, French tasse (125g). On another subject, found out that the Rimowa luggage (made in Germany) catalog, was printed in FFU only and then shipped to the US because that's what they believed we wanted. I did contact them, quote the Metric Conversion Act preference for Metric, and ask that they send me a catalog with metric dimensions, which they did. Only took 5 days to get here. Interestingly, the cubic capacity in Liters was listed as 42 L3. (That's liter cubed). --- Michael Payne --- [EMAIL PROTECTED] --- EarthLink: The #1 provider of the Real Internet.
