No.  HP 44 and HB 130 are intended for regulation of retail trade which
requires precisions of only three significant digits.

MP233 gives equivalents to many more digits.  For example:

1 avdp. dram = 0.001 771 845 195 312 5 kilogram, quoted from page 11.

I did not take the trouble to verify this number by way of
1 dram = 1/256 pound.  Is it exact or rounded? I don't know.
