Please do not loose sight of the fact that the one and only one *SI unit*
of pressure is the *pascal*.

Both the kPa and the hPa are merely *multiples* of the pascal.  They are
not distinct and different "units" themselves.

The choice is for a convenient "prefix", not for a "unit".
