Join the club. Before my posting on this topic, I wasted at least that amount of time. I was hoping that I could offer a URL to accompany my post as I usually do. I am convinced that somebody in the UK mailing list might have something useful to say on either the BBC or the Times styleguide. Perhaps you could ask there. I distinctly remember viewing a guideline on the web.
