A week or so ago, a large map of Iraq in Cleveland Plain Dealer had a
notation next to Al Basrah.  It stated a 2.4 million litre per day pipeline
was being built to supply fresh drinking water.  A few days later, that
notation was changed to read 600 000 gallons.  Now, it is no longer there.
