In Beyond Petroleum's (formerly British Petroleum)
website on energy consumption,  the nuclear & hydro
power is given in 
Million Tons Oil Equivalent in 1 sheet and
tWh (tera-watt hours) in another sheet.

If you want it to be given in Joules, then you can
send an email to them, so that they include a 3rd
sheet.
