There are so many beverages that are sold
in the 591 ml size. I ache to see them add
that last 9 ml! Throw away the WOMBAT labeling,
and you have a 600 ml-size widely distributed
product with very little re-tooling required. It would
go a long way towards removing discomfort with
metric in the US to see such a common vending machine item
in a familiar, but even-numbered metric, size.
Metric milk, in a 3-liter container, would be another step forward in the US
metrication process. Someone on this list mentioned a few years ago that they saw such
a product in a supermarket or grocery store somewhere in the US. Anyone seen one since?
