In sending the following message to Bayer this morning, I realized that the
metric system is so simple that I didn't have to explain any ulterior
motives. It was a simple consumer request for simplicity:
"The measurement labeling on your Phillips Milk Of Magnesia is extremely
confusing. You list the active ingredient of the product "per 5 ml
teaspoonful"--why not just "per 5 ml", and instead of labeling the measuring
cup in "tbsp", why not just label it in ml and list the appropriate dose in
ml? It would be much easier to measure!"
