        A bit more specifically, the conversion table used (by convention) is 
provided by the CIE. The data is not as readily available as most other 
information provided for the use of the SI. I have asked Barry Taylor to 
bring this point to the next CCU meeting he attends, with hopes that 
something can be done for the average user. The appendices in the back of the 
brochure give essential information to the "realization" of the temperature 
scale and similar information ought to be provided for the "realization" of 
the photometric  units, in my opinion.
