This page shows the status of metrics in road
construction on a state by state basis.
Things look pretty bleak for the metric system on
this front.
I hope that metrication is doing better in other
areas of government projects.
I would like to see more metric usage in rules and
regulations. I think that people would
become more familiar with metric units if they had
to use them, for example, in speed limits.
Thoughts?
