Yesterday and today came an end to a period of severe drought. In Arnhen there was about 1 mm of rain this August till yesterday evening, but last night and today a 'BWMA' rainbelt brought exactly 25.4 mm of rain to that city. The Inch Perfect Award for Arnhem!
