Yes, this is the supplier I'm already using. But look closely and you'll see the cost PER REAM is $70 to $460 USD, plus shipping. I buy American A4 paper (measured in inches and pounds on the package, but it's really A4!) for less than 4 USD per ream, so there's no need for cutting down legal size.
