Brij, In fact your reply 27190 even contained an explicit "Hebbard, sir:" immediately before the "> I wish the world..." quote. No biggie, but those were *not* my words, they came from John S. Ward (USMA:27187); I was quoting them in 27188 merely to point out that metric coordinate grids are readily available without reconsidering our angle and time measures.
