[USMA:27308] Jamaica

Does anyone know the situation in Jamaica?  The BWMA is stating that Jamaica
is not metric.  Any up to date reports from someone who has been there tosay
for sure?  I've read the report on the USMA site, but I was wondering if a
person who visited Jamaica recently could give more details.
