Matthew,

Try to avoid talking for more than fifteen minutes at a time.  Use the
suggestions for demonstration and audience participation that you have been
sent.  Two hours may be too long a presentation even if it includes audience
participation.  Try to get specific questions from the organization
beforehand.  Toastmasters is an organization where you can learn to speak in
public.  You might be able to give your first metric presentation to them.
