Can you tell us more?  How did you find this out?  Is this the first and only metric engine from Briggs and Stratton?

Is there a link?  I went the B & S website, but found no information to verify this?

Hello everyone i want to tell everyone that on July 1 03 Briggs and Stratton converted one of their model of engines to metric bolts.  The model is the horizontal shaft6 horsepower to 7.5 h P Intek.  I believe that B and S have plans to convert more engines to metric.  These engines are built in the States.  Another large company that is going metric.
