I think you're missing the point, Han.
 
Acrobat Reader's display is graphic. There's no way for software for the blind to extract the textual information. That must be done directly from the PDF file itself. Hence the service provided by the State of Massachusetts.
 
Where a PDF file comes up as a result of a Google search, Google offers it in PDF form or converted to HTML.
 
Now, could you please provide the URL of the PDF file you attached, so John can read it.

At present it is up to Acrobat Reader v6.

That's great news.  Is there anyway the report could be converted in to a text file?  I don't  want to complain but my screen reader doesn't read Puff files very well.  It would be really neat to read the report.  Thanks everybody.
