[USMA:27870] alcohol labeling

Hello everybody I just read the article about alcohol labeling and i can't find anywhere where it says fluid ounces only.  It never mentions ml's either.  Maybe i couldn't find it but as faar as i know i read the whole article.  Have a great day everybody.
