As they took over an existing operation in Mexico -- Total HOME -- I assume they stuck with existing practice, which would mean metric. However, as they're probably selling a lot of the same imported products they sell in the U.S. and Canada, no doubt they have both metric and FFU measurements on them.   However, as Home Depot Mexico doesn't yet have its own web site (apparently) we can really only speculate.
