I have two grades of paper in A4 size. They are both left over from a requirement for
a former employer and another, similar, requirement for a client. In the latter case,
they were used to print material that I presented in seminars I delivered in other
countries. The former case was for distribution of printed material to foreign branch
offices.

In neither case were they ordered as A4 stock. Rather, they were U.S. legal size
trimmed to A4 size. Unfortunately, there's no generally available size that can be
trimmed to A3 (for book-fold printing).
