Exactly.

95% of the world uses metric in daily life, and many in the U.S. think it is
a good idea to join them, and yet it is still a chore to get the U.S. to
convert.  When you consider that no one uses the calendars and clocks that
are regularly described on this list, and that almost no one wants time or
calendar reform, it becomes clear that these efforts are quixotic at best.

On a related topic, does anyone know how to make a rule in Outlook to move
emails from specific people to a separate folder?  The emails from USMA have
a CSU return email address, not the actual person's address.  I also tried
making a rule that looks at the message header, but that didn't work either.
Perhaps there is a bug in Outlook 2000.
