I called some book stores as wel, and asked if
better homes and gardens have a metric conversion chart in them. They do
and they give 250 ml's as a 1 cup measure. If anyone wants to check
this information i believe it's on page 574 of the latest addition. I
don't know how long Bettter homes and gardens have had a metric conversion chart
in their books. This chart also has temperature conversions and pan size
conversions between inches and cms. If you look in the index for the metric
conversion chart it says metric
information.
