I just read the posting that big chimp posted. Was the message from the metric marters?  Is there as much resistance to metric in the U K as the posting implied. When you read the posting it sounds like the U K is on the brink of civil war.  If there is so much resistance how come it never  makes the news over here.  i found the posting confusing.
