You should go there and post something pro-metric. Not reasons why metric is better then FFU, but how much metric you encounter in your daily life.
What irks those people the most is finding out that metric is more used in north America then they want their adherents to believe. The info below is not part of metricsucks, but from one of its contributors. This guy is stuck in the year 1826, and that is why he uses odd symbols and nomenclature..
