There is no specific proof of the group being Nazis, just that their
policies are very similar to Nazi policies, and that the term Third Way
has been used for Nazis in some literature. Their website is
www.thirdway.org. Communism and capitalism were the first 2 ways,
Hitler gave people the third way -- Naziism. The Third Way is not
exactly a neo-Nazi group, but rather one which has similarities to the
Nazis. It would not really be good to publicly call them Nazis, just
that they have policies that are not good. Dave Stephens was featured on the BWMA site with his "pound of bananas" (which actually looked like more bananas than I get in a 1 kg bag at Sainsbury's) who was campaigning for imperial and anti-metric, anti-London, and stood as a candidate in the recent London Assembly elections for Havering & Redbridge. He also listed as being in Leigh on Sea. He is a butcher (not a grocer) who used a deceptive advert in the local paper before the election, his picture was of a young man, yet on the BWMA site he is an old man. I am not going as far to call BWMA or Third Way Nazis, just that they remind me of Nazis. Also the BWMA openly boast of vandalising public property to their own political ends, which reminds me of Nazis too. And like I said, the actual groups that have been called Nazis, the BNP and NF, are very anti metric and pro imperial. The UKIP (United Kingdom Independence Party) which recently gained some small power in the elections in the UK is also pro imperial and anti metric, but not so Nazi like as the BWMA, although I suspect there are probably links there too. The ironic thing about the Nazi link, is that there are two political parties in the UK who have been described as or linked with Nazis in the past due to their very racist policies, the British National Party and the National Front, yet both are staunch supporters of the Imperial system and haters of the Metric system. So to call the UKMA Nazis is the wrong way round. As a member of UKMA I would like to point out that no one in the UKMA has ever shown any Nazi tendencies on the official forum and that it is the supporters of Imperial in the UK who are acting illegally with rampant acts of vandalism of public and private property that displays anything in metric, specifically the supporters and members of the BWMA, who are also linked to a party called The Third Way (which is another name for Nazis in some camps of thought).
