I've just visited the USMA site (http://lamar.colostate.edu/~hillger/ or www.metric.org) and they now have a prominent splash advertising VBM.
I recommend UKMA members take a look at the USMA site, as there is lots of useful info there to help rebut claims frequently made in the UK about the situation in the States. -- Chris KEENAN
