A FALSE EMAIL?

Suppose, that this mail has been written by someone who STOLE A. Kovalchuks' email address? We know that many email addresses are stolen nowadays by spammers and virus writers to spread their garbage under false senders to Internet users.

The person who wrote this trash shows an appalling ignorance about the metric system. He still seems to think that the metre is defined as a part of the earths' circumference. He claims that the metric system is 'French'. Is this person really an engineer or does he use the name of an engineer? I have never seen Mr. Kovalchuks name on the BWMA websites. surely, if he is that opposed to SI, he should be a member of that outfit.

This email should be verified. If it should be false, boy, then the BWMA et.al. will truly be exposed!

Han
