Here you have a conflict between two units that impairs comparison.  The
agreement for metric would be more positive because you are most likely
dealing with technical and more numerate people.

Metric HAS happened where it has to be (Olympics, Electronics, Heavy
Industry, International Standards, etc.) but is kept a big secret from the
masses.
