Dear Bill, then perhaps let me also recommend you make an issue of people using very derogatory terms towards others, like Mr. Jones used here.  In my humble view, regardless of the quality of people's contributions to this forum, this sort of thing (name calling) should NEVER be part of a forum of this caliber!
