Thank you, Paul, for both the good news about the proposed change in federal law, and for the observations about bad manners on this site.  As one who tries to write politely, and correctly, I hate to see accusations and invective in posted messages.  The best way to deal with oddball postings and insults is to simply ignore them.  After a while, the person who is responsible will lose interest and go elsewhere.  Ignoring is really not hard; just hit the "delete" key!  Or recite a mantra or go meditate or something.   By the way, most systems have spell-check.  Some of us could use it.   Let's hope the new guy sticks around.   HARRY WYETH
