Apart from being crass and heartless do you think discussing the collapse of the US economy is a discussion about metrication?

My heart and money go out to them, too. While the following is minor
compared to what they went through, I once had my car almost swept away by
high water, with me in it. Two "angels" from a nearby 7-11 rescued both car
and driver.


Sorry if the juxtaposition of measurement and sadness offended you, and I
didn't intend it to be cold. I just noticed the units in the article, which
is still an unusual practice for the Associated Press, and had to comment.
