Now there's an inauguration day I'm prepared to celebrate. Unfortunately, I could never stand Guinness (although I love their U.S. TV commercials), and I don't have any Harp Lager, so I'll drink an Eye of the Hawk Select Ale (made by one of California's many great craft breweries, Mendocino Brewing Company).
