        Dividing by 7.5 mentally is a bit tough for many people. I find it a 
bit 
easier to multiply by 4 then divide by 30 (divide by three then move the 
decimal point left one position). With a systolic pressure of 120 mmHg one 
multiplies by 4 to get 480, divides by 3 to get 160, and moves the decimal 
point to get 16. For a typical diastolic pressure, 
        75 --> 300 --> 100 -->10
