When I was at URL: http://www.weather.com/weather/local/97008?lswe=97008&lwsa=WeatherLocalUndeclared I used their "Tell Us What You Think" link which I found near the bottom of the webpage on the left side. I used that link to inform them of their bug regarding metric.
